Step 1
Sourcing Raw Material

D-Scaling & Picking
The surface of wire rods undergoes a De-scaling Process. Through a meticulous pickling in acid, the wire rod's surface is treated to remove any scale.
By subjecting the wire rods to this remarkable treatment, we eliminate any impurities or oxidation that may have formed on the surface.
Step 3
Feeding Into Drawing Machine
With utmost precision, the wire rod is delicately fed into our state-of-the-art wire drawing machine. This magnificent machine boasts a series of one or more blocks, working harmoniously to achieve the desired size of our exceptional H.B. Wire.
Each block in this intricate process plays a vital role in shaping the wire, ensuring it meets the exact specifications required.
Step 4
Drying & Cooling
After undergoing intense processes and treatments, our H.B. Wire is finally allowed to cool down to its normal temperature.
This cooling process ensures that the wire is in its optimal state, ready to be utilized in a wide range of applications.
Step 5
Stacking & Dispatch
Once cooled, these top-quality H.B Wires
will be stacked in lots of various sizes, all set and ready for dispatch!
